BRIC needed a brand that could signal sophistication and credibility while standing apart in a crowded luxury real estate landscape. The challenge was to move beyond generic 'luxury' cues and build a distinct visual language that reinforced expertise, professionalism, and long-term market authority.
The Approach
Built a refined brand system rooted in structured typography and a confident color palette. Using Erbaum for headline presence and Work Sans for clarity, the identity balances authority with accessibility. The system extends across marketing collateral and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency while supporting the firm's premium positioning.
